Aavant started with an idea: that a backdrop should do more than cover a wall or back of a stage. It should tell a story on it's own, set a mood, and give artists a canvas worthy of their work and most importantly accentuate your creativity.

We offer 165 GSM (standard), 185 GSM (heavy), and 250 GSM (light canvas) options. Heavier the fabric the better durability, wrinkle resistance and light absorbency for professional studio setups and other uses.
Yes, our handpainted theatre, event or any backdrops can be treated with flame retardant chemicals as per specifications of the respective country on demand to meet safety standards for public venues and stages, like NFPA 701, BS 5867, etc.
For handpainted and textured backdrops, we recommend spot cleaning only. Standard muslin backdrops can be machine washed on a cold, gentle cycle and steam-ironed.
Yes, we provide global shipping for our photography and theatrical backdrops. Delivery times vary based on your location and the complexity of the commission.
